Every question goes to [email protected], and a real person reads and answers it.
Put the job title and your company name in the email so we can find the post quickly.
For anything about a charge, include the Stripe receipt number too.
Contractors and employers
- Putting up a job — start at Post a Job; the post is public as soon as Stripe confirms payment. See the pricing page for what Standard, Featured and the monthly plans each include.
- Changing or pulling a post — write in from the email you checked out with and name the job. We can update the wage or salary, the license class you require, the segment (residential, commercial, industrial), travel or per diem details, or take the post down once the spot is filled.
- Charges and refunds — the refund policy lays out what qualifies, and the Stripe receipt number speeds up any request.
Electricians and techs looking for work
- Applying— the Apply button takes you to the employer's own application page or inbox. Your resume and answers go straight to them, not through us, so ask the employer about interviews, drug screens, license verification or start dates.
- Flagging a bad listing — if a post looks like a scam, lists a wage or license requirement that differs from the employer's own posting, or the job is already gone, send us the title and company and we will look at it.
- Cost — none. Browsing and applying are free, and there is no account to create.
