How soon is my post visible?
The moment Stripe clears the payment.
Posts are not held for review, so electricians can see yours seconds after you check out.
How many days does one post run?
Thirty, counted from purchase.
Hire someone sooner and we will take it down when you email us.
Is there a recurring charge?
Not on a single post.
You pay once, nothing renews and nothing needs signing.
The monthly slot plans, built for shops that are always adding hands, bill monthly, can be stopped whenever you like, and keep your posts up through the month you already paid for.
What counts as a slot?
A slot is room for one live post.
On the 10-slot plan you can run ten openings at once, any mix of roles across any of your branches or job sites.
Fill a spot and drop the next opening into that slot, as often as you need, for no added charge.
A post in a slot does not expire while your plan is active.
Is a monthly plan a long-term commitment?
There is no contract and no minimum.
Cancel whenever you choose; posts stay up to the end of the paid month.
Founding Partner rates hold for 24 months while the plan is active, and if you leave and come back later you pay the rate in effect then.
Can I hire a journeyman and an apprentice with one post?
Post them separately.
Journeymen, apprentices and helpers browse different role pages, so one post per role puts each opening in front of the right people.
For a hybrid job, such as a service electrician who also runs low-voltage calls, pick the role that fills most of the week.
Which payment methods do you take?
Checkout runs through Stripe and accepts the major credit and debit cards.
Stripe keeps the card details; they never reach our servers.
Can a live post be changed?
Yes.
Send support the update, for example a new wage, a different license class or added per diem, and we will edit the post for you.
Do you give refunds?
A double or mistaken charge is always refunded in full.
Since posts publish right away, other refunds have to be requested within a short window, spelled out in the Refund Policy.
